If you experience any product issues, snap a photo of it, then email it to us at contact@essenceofjadore.com & we will re-ship out the same product that was purchased.
All orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days. On most occasions, it can be as soon as 1-2 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee (shown at checkout).
*Booking Cancellation Policy: No more than 2 last minute cancellations are allowed; No-shows results in non-refundable 20% deposit.

*Gift Card Policy: All gift cards expire in 6 months; booking an appointment requires a 20% deposit that goes towards the balance post service(s).

Q: How soon would my order be shipped?
A: All products are handcrafted with love so we prepare orders as they are ordered to ensure freshness. The shipping time could be from 1-2 business days (not including weekends/holidays).
Q: Are the products preserved for a long shelf life?
A: Yes! Our products are preserved. Be sure to check the expiry month on the container labels once received.
Q: Are the products natural?
A: Of course! They're also pH balanced.
